What should be paid attention to in connection of three-phase AC regulator

    Firstly, the diameter of the power supply wire at the input end of the regulator should meet the current value of the corresponding capacity of the regulator.

    Secondly, the power line at the input end of the voltage regulator should be connected to the input end of the voltage regulator according to the bus color: yellow-connected A phase, green-connected B phase and red-connected C phase. The power line at the output end of the voltage regulator should be connected to the output end of the voltage regulator, and according to the color of the bus, yellow-connected A phase, green-connected B phase and red-connected C phase should be connected to the connection post of zero "N". The case case should be connected to the earth. The grounding resistance should be less than 0.4 ohms.

    Thirdly, the voltage regulator with double or multi-cabinet structure must be connected according to the color of the busbar between cabinets, and the other connections should be connected according to the number.

    The grounding inspection of three-phase voltage regulator should pay attention to the following four aspects:

    The first and most important work of the regulator debugger is to check the grounding of the regulator. This work is the key to ensure the reliable operation of the regulator and must be done well. Specific work is as follows:

    First, check whether the main circuit wiring is firm and reliable, especially for QA electronic switch, QN knife-shaped switch and KM contactor contact loosening phenomenon, if loose, must be tightened.

    Secondly, check whether there is virtual connection in the connection of various electric ship components on the panel, such as ammeter, voltmeter indicator lamp, button and switch. If so, it must be reconnected.

    Third, check whether the control circuit of the electronic control switch and the power switch of the motor are closed. If not, please close the control switch of the electronic control circuit first.

    Fourth, check whether the control circuit board is virtual welded, if any, please re-weld.
