What are the connection modes of industrial connectors?

1. Thread connection mode:

Some large size contacts and electrical connectors working in strong vibration environment are often used as a connection form. This type of connection can be installed with a loose proof fuse after the connection is completed. The connection is reliable, but the connection speed is slow.

2. Bayonet connection mode:

It is a reliable and rapid form of connection and separation. Most electrical connectors with card 121 connections have a visual display of correct connection and locking, which can be observed from the small holes on the side of the connecting nut of the electrical connector.

3. Plug in connection mode:

It's a versatile form of connection. When the plug and socket of the electrical connector are connected and separated, the moving direction is usually reciprocating linear motion, without torsion and rotation, only a small working space is needed to complete the connection and unloading. The common plug-in connection has two structures: ball or pin. Because there is no mechanical labor-saving mechanism, the mechanical resistance increases obviously and can be found in time.

4. Cabinet connection mode:

It is a kind of electrical connector used on some equipment close to the frame which needs blind connection. It can make the electrical equipment lighter, smaller, easier to maintain and more reliable. This connection form makes the operator unable to feel the connection. Therefore, an accurate positioning device must be designed to avoid forcibly connecting the misinserted electrical connectors together, which makes it impossible to insert them by mistake. Cabinet type electrical connector usually adopts floating or elastic contact design structure to ensure its correct connection.
