Connection scheme of moulded case circuit breaker:

There are five wiring modes of circuit breaker: front wiring, back wiring, insertion wiring, drawer wiring and guide rail wiring.

Front wiring of circuit breaker board:

This is the most common way to use the limit, generally without special explanation. It means that when the circuit breaker is installed in a complete set of devices (switch cabinet, distribution cabinet, etc.), the connection board of the circuit breaker base is directly connected with the load line, and the connection is fastened with screw.

    Backboard wiring of circuit breaker:

When a circuit breaker is installed in a complete set of devices, after the installation board, six existing connection boards (three at the power end and three at the load end) on the base of the circuit breaker pass through the bolts of the installation board to connect the power line and the load line, which are fastened by nuts.

    Insertion wiring of circuit breaker:

It refers to the installation of a circuit breaker on the installation board of a complete set of devices. The installation seat has six plugs, and the connection board of the circuit breaker has six sockets (three at the power end and three at the load end). On the surface of the mounting seat, there is a connecting plate (inserting plate front wiring) or a bolt behind the mounting seat (inserting plate rear wiring). The mounting seat is pre-connected with the power cord and the load wire.
