How can the plastic meter box (ready board) last longer?

If the plastic meter box (ready board) is to be used for a long time, then daily maintenance is inevitable; If it is not maintained, it is likely to cause irreparable damage. How should the plastic meter box (ready board) be properly maintained?

1. All electrical switches on the meter box (ready board) shall be flexible and reliable without significant noise. The connecting wire junction and terminal post shall be free from looseness. The steel wire at the connecting wire junction of the moving contact shall be free from fracture.

2. When replacing the fuse, the fuse current shall match the current of the circuit.

3. There are different kinds of voltages on the control box. During maintenance, the circuit must be distinguished to prevent short circuit accidents.

4. Disconnect the power supply, check whether the frame of the control cabinet is reliably grounded, and make the grounding resistance not more than 4 Ω.

5. Use a soft brush or blower to clear the dust accumulation on the panel plug-in and all electromagnetic switch parts, and check the status and contact of the electrical switch contacts in the control box, the insulation of the coil surface and the reliability of the mechanical parts.
