The insulation base is made of UL94 V-0 flame-retardant plastic to ensure consistency between electrical clearance and dimensional tolerances.

 

Multiple rigorous tests endow the product with excellent reliability and comprehensive adaptability to complex working conditions. In terms of electrical performance, contact resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, and temperature rise tests are conducted to ensure that the temperature rise does not exceed the standard limit and the insulation resistance remains stable and meets the standard; The mechanical performance has been tested through torque, pulling, and 500 cycles of insertion and extraction life. The screws are tightened without slipping, and the wires are firmly clamped without falling off. At the same time, it has undergone salt spray, high and low temperature alternating, and vibration tests, and can still operate stably in humid, corrosive, and strong vibration environments, complying with international and domestic standards such as IEC 60947-7 and GB/T 14048.7.
