In many fields such as power, industry, aerospace, etc., high temperature and high voltage terminal technology is crucial, as it needs to cope with the numerous challenges brought by extreme environments.

High temperature and high voltage resistant wiring terminals face dual challenges of high temperature and high voltage. In high temperature environments, ordinary terminal materials are prone to softening and failure, leading to unstable or even interrupted electrical connections. High temperature and high-voltage terminal blocks are made of special materials such as high-temperature plastics, ceramics, etc. These materials can maintain strength and stability at temperatures of several hundred degrees or even higher, ensuring that the physical and electrical properties of electrical connections are not affected. For example, ceramic terminal blocks are made of high-temperature resistant ceramic materials and are commonly used to connect high-temperature thermocouples or resistance temperature sensors, providing stable electrical connections in high-temperature measurements.

In high voltage environments, wiring terminals need to withstand voltages of thousands or even tens of thousands of volts, which places extremely high demands on insulation performance. High temperature and high-voltage terminal blocks are usually made of high-voltage insulation materials, such as ceramics, porcelain bottles, or special plastics, to prevent electrical breakdown and faults, and ensure electrical isolation and safety.

To address these challenges, high-temperature and high-voltage terminal blocks are constantly innovating in their design. Some wiring terminals use unique spring structures, such as torsion spring terminals that maintain close contact with the wire through the elastic force of the spring, and drum spring terminals that use a drum shaped spring structure, with a larger contact area and stronger contact pressure, suitable for high current loads. In addition, some wiring terminals also have protective features to prevent dust, liquids, or chemicals from entering and maintain connection stability.

The high temperature and high voltage resistant terminal technology plays a key role in extreme environments, ensuring the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment under high temperature and high voltage conditions, and providing strong support for the development of various fields.
